Felipe VI e Letizia finalizam hoje a sua Visita de Estado ao Império do Sol Nascente. E aqui ficam as actividades do segundo e terceiro dia de visita.
Felipe VI and Letizia finalized today their State Visit to the Empire of the Rising Sun. Let's talk now about the activities of the second and third day of visit.

O segundo dia de agenda oficial começou com agendas separadas para o casal real. Felipe IV passou a manhã em reuniões de trabalho com empresários japoneses com interesses em territórios espanhóis.
Durante estes encontros, que culminaram com uma reunião com o Comité Bilateral de Cooperação Empresarial Espanha-Japão foram aprofundadas as relações económicas bilaterais em várias áreas como a indústria cultural.
The second day of official agenda began with separate agendas for the royal couple. Felipe IV spent the morning in working meetings with Japanese businessmen with interests in Spanish territories.
During these meetings, which culminated in a meeting with the Bilateral Committee of Spain-Japan Business Cooperation, bilateral economic relations in various areas such as the cultural industry were deepened.
Entretanto, a Rainha Letizia visitou a Universidade de Keio e o Centro de Genética e Investigação Médica aplicada às doenças raras. Na mesma universidade Letizia conheceu também as instalações do Centro de Imunoterapia Oncológica e assistiu à apresentação de algumas palestras sobre projectos de investigação e acompanhamento médico para pacientes oncológicos.
Meanwhile, Queen Letizia visited Keio University and the Center for Genetics and Medical Research applied to rare diseases. At the same university Letizia also visited the facilities of the Center for Oncologic Immunotherapy and attended the presentation of some lectures on research projects and medical care for cancer patients.

As doenças raras e a prevenção e luta contra o cancro são duas das grandes causas apoiadas pela Rainha consorte espanhola. Para estes eventos, Letizia manteve as coisas simples e elegantes em termos de estilo. Nada a dizer!
Rare diseases and the prevention and fight against cancer are two of the great causes supported by the Spanish Queen Consort. For these events, Letizia kept things simple and elegant in terms of style. Nothing to add!
Felipe VI, ao meio-dia, encontrou-se com várias personalidades japonesas vinculadas ao hispanismo e aos estudos da língua e cultura espanholas, assim como com os galardoados de nacionalidade japonesa com o Prémio Príncipe das Astúrias.
At noon Felipe VI met with several Japanese personalities linked to Hispanism and studies of the Spanish language and culture, as well as with Japanese bord awarded with the Prince of Asturias Prize.
Mais tarde o casal real encontrou-se com o Primeiro-Ministro Japonês, Shinzo Abe, no Palácio de Akasaka. Durante o encontro foram assinados vários acordos e memorados entre os dois países no âmbito da educação, desporto, medicina, comércio e economia, indústria e cultura.
Later the royal couple met with the Japanese Prime Minister, Shinzo Abe, at the Akasaka Palace. During the meeting, various agreements and memoranda were signed between the two countries in several areas such education, sport, medicine, trade and economics, industry and culture.

There followed a reception hosted by the Prime Minister in honor of the royal guests.
Ora bem, vestidos de cocktail pretos estão para Letizia como os casacos estão para a Duquesa de Cambridge: há sempre espaço para mais um no closet de cada uma. Á primeira vista não gostei do vestido, mas vendo melhor, mudei de ideias.
Well, black cocktail dresses are for Letizia as the coats are for the Duchess of Cambridge: there is always room for one more in each one's closet. At first glance I did not like the dress, but seeing better, I changed my mind.

De todas as meninas reais, nunca pensei que Letizia fosse muito diplomática ao vestir. Mas penso que ela não consegue resistir por estes dias a um vestido de veludo. Se for preto ainda melhor. Os pormenores em seda com padrão flor de cerejeira, tão tipicamente japoneses, são apenas a cereja no topo do bolo. O vestido é Armani Privé da Colecção Outono Inverno 2011/2012.
Of all the royal girls, I never thought Letizia was too diplomatic in dressing. But I think she can't resist these days a velvet dress. If it's black even better. The details in cherry blossom silk, so typically Japanese, are just the icing on the cake. The dress is Armani Privé from the Fall Winter Collection 2011/2012.
A completar Letizia voltou a usar os brincos de rubi usados no casamento real dinamarquês em 2004, uma semana antes de se tornar Princesa de Astúrias. Os brincos de rubi fazem parte de um conjunto que pertenceu à Condessa de Barcelona, mãe do Rei Juan Carlos I de Espanha.
To complete, Letizia returned to wearing the ruby earrings worn at the Danish royal wedding in 2004, a week before becoming Princess of Asturias. The ruby earrings are part of a set that belonged to the Countess of Barcelona, the mother of King Juan Carlos I of Spain.
Hoje o dia começou com uma viagem de comboio. Letizia e Felipe juntaram-se ao Imperador e à Imperatriz do Japão para uma viagem até Shizouka no comboio de alta-velocidade, numa viagem que durou pouco mais de uma hora.
Today the day started with a train trip. Letizia and Felipe joined the Emperor and Empress of Japan for a trip to Shizouka on the high-speed train on a journey that lasted just over an hour.
A meio do dia o casal real visitou o Complexo Fugetsuro onde puderam ver o relógio original oferecido pelo Rei Felipe III ao Governador Tokugawa Ieyasu em 1611, como sinal de gratidão pelo resgate da tripulação do galeão espanhol San Francisco afundado ao largo de Onjuku, a norte de Tóquio....
In the middle of the day the royal couple visited the Fugetsuro Complex where they could see the original clock offered by King Felipe III of Spain to Governor Tokugawa Ieyasu in 1611 as a sign of gratitude for the rescue of the crew of the Spanish galleon San Francisco sunk near Onjuku, north of Tokyo ....
Finalmente, e após o almoço oferecido pelo Imperador e a Imperatriz, os monarcas espanhóis visitaram o Templo Sengen Jinja, onde o Coro infantil da escola básica "Shizuoka City" interpretaram uma canção Kiyari e onde assistiram a uma espectáculo de dança tradicional japonesa seguido por uma cerimónia tradicional de despedida que colocou um ponto final nesta Visita de Estado ao trono do Crisântemo.
Finally, after the lunch offered by the Emperor and the Empress, the Spanish monarchs visited the Sengen Jinja Temple, where the children's choir of the basic school "Shizuoka City" performed a Kiyari song and where they watched a traditional Japanese dance show followed by a traditional farewell ceremony that put an end to this State Visit to the throne of the Chrysanthemum.

Durante esta viagem, os dois casais visitaram o Centro de Estudo de Consciencialização e Prevenção de Catástrofes Naturais provocadas pelos movimentos sísmicos na Câmara Municipal de Shizouka. Aqui Felipe VI e Letizia assistiram a uma demonstração mecanizada do movimento de um terramoto com intensidade 6 e 7 na Escala de Ritcher.
During this trip, the two couples visited the Center for the Study of Awareness and Prevention of Natural Disasters triggered by seismic movements in Shizouka City Hall. Here Felipe VI and Letizia watched a mechanized demonstration of the movement of an earthquake with intensity 6 and 7 on the Ritcher Scale.
