No segundo dia de visita, os Reis da Holanda passaram o dia inteiro na localidade de Samso, uma localidade 100% auto-suficiente com energia sustentável. Os soberanos fizeram-se acompanhar pelo Casal da Coroa Dinamarquesa, Frederik e Mary.

Eu simplesmente adorei! Achei divinal a maneira como os chapéus de ambas combinavam. O vestido-casaco camel de Máxima foi mais uma peça de Claes Iversen e gritava anos 40 em todo o seu esplendor (ou Inspector Gadget, como queiram). Já Mary, muito jovial, com uma capa cinza Ralph Lauren e as suas famosas botas Valentino, lembrava Sherlock Holmes. E acho que foi uma combinação perfeita!
I just loved it! I found quite divine the way the hats of both combined each other. Máxima's camel dress-coat was once again a design from Claes Iversen and screamed the 40s splendor all the way (or Inspector Gadget, if you like). Mary yet, very jovial, with a gray Ralph Lauren cape and its famous Valentino boots, remember me Sherlock Holmes. And I think that was a perfect match!
De volta a Copenhaga, os soberanos da Holanda retribuíram a hospitalidade no Black Diamond, onde assistiram a um espectáculo de ballet em honra da Rainha Margrethe II e do Príncipe Henrik.
Back in Copenhagen, the dutch sovereigns repaid the hospitality at Black Diamond, where watched a ballet show in honor of Queen Margrethe II and Prince Henrik.
A Rainha Margrethe escolheu uma espécie de vestido laranja também...eu acho...hum...E Henrik um casaco roxo...hum...com uns chinelos...eu acho.
Queen Margrethe chose a kind of orange dress too ... I think ... hum ... And a purple coat for Henrik ... hum ... with a pair of slippers ... I think.
Back in Copenhagen, the dutch sovereigns repaid the hospitality at Black Diamond, where watched a ballet show in honor of Queen Margrethe II and Prince Henrik.

Máxima escolheu um vestido vermelho-fogo de decote assimétrico, mais uma vez de Claes Iversen, mas nem foi o vestido que mais me surpreendeu, nem as jóias, mas sim o fantástico penteado. Solto, com ondulação larga, penso que nunca vi Máxima tão sexy. Sim, leram bem: SEXY!
Máxima chose a dress fiery red with an asymmetric neckline, again by Claes Iversen, but neither was the dress that surprised me, nor the jewels, but the fantastic hairstyle. Loose, with large curls, I have never seen Máxi so sexy. Yes, well read: SEXY!

Mary dividiu mais uma vez opiniões. Eu gosto de Mary, e tendências à parte, acho que a Princesa estava adorável num longo vestido sem alças e com saia com folhos, da autoria de Malene Birger, já visto anteriormente em duas ocasiões. A Princesa combinou o look com um delicado xaile de renda, apontamentos vermelhos e os seus Brincos de Rainha da marca portuguesa Alma e Coração. Pontps extra para isso!
Mary once again divided opinions. I like Mary, and trends aside, I think the princess was lovely in a long strapless dress with a ruffle skirt by Malene Birger, already seen previously twice. The Princess combined the look with a delicate lace shawl, red notes and her Queen earrings from the Portuguese brand Alma e Coração. Extra points for that. :)

Apesar das fotografias não ajudarem, a Princesa tinha uma espécie de pente vermelho no cabelo. Adorei o apontamento e penso que foi uma homenagem ás origens argentinas da Rainha Máxima.
Although the photographs do not help, the Princess had a kind of red comb on the hair. Loved the pointing and I think it was a tribute to the Argentine origins of Queen Máxima.

Marie também escolheu um vestido escuro, com apontamentos prata. Nada a apontar, bem de bom, nem de mau.

Antes de se despedirem da Dinamarca e de partida para a Alemanha, WA e Máxima assinaram um painel comemorativo da sua visita na presença da Rainha Margrethe e do Príncipe Henrik.

Desde a subida ao trono de WA & M, são raros os eventos oficiais em que coincidem com F & M. Fizeram todos parte de uma geração real que vimos crescer, casar e ter filhos. Agora que o rank entre eles é diferente, é tão bom ver a sua alegria em estarem novamente juntos.
Esperemos ver novamente estes sorrisos já no próximo mês com as celebrações dos 75 anos da Rainha Margrethe. O Rei e Rainha da Holanda já confirmaram a sua presença?

Since the accession to the throne of WA & M, there are very few official events that coincide with F & M. They all part of a royal generation that we saw grow, marry and have children. Now that they no longer share the same rank among them is different, and it's so good to see their joy in being together again.
Hopefully we willsee these smiles again as early as next month with the celebrations of the 75th anniversary of Queen Margrethe. The King and Queen of the Netherlands have already confirmed their presence.

ResponderEliminarHi. Thanks for your comment. Daisy is the affectionate name by which the Queen of Denmark is also called. All because the Magrethe name (in Danish), Margaret (in English), Magrit (in French) or Margarida (in Portuguese) can also be the name of a flower, the Daisy Flower (in English). In fact the Queen when she married wore a brooch, offered by her mother, Queen Ingrid, which has exactly the form of a daisy. I hope you now understand.
