O Verão chegou! Pelo menos aqui no Hemisfério Norte! E com ele chegaram fotografias lindas da Suécia, vestidos e chapéus maravilhosos no Reino Unido e muito irreverência made in Argentina, via Holanda em Itália! Vamos misturar isto tudo??
Summer is here! At least here in the Northern Hemisphere! And with it came beautiful photographs of Sweden, wonderful dresses and hats in the United Kingdom and much irreverence made in Argentina, via the Netherlands in Italy! Let's mix this up ??

Se eu pudesse descrever as novas fotografias da Princesa Estelle e do Príncipe Oscar da Suécia divulgadas pela Casa Real Sueca esta semana, em apenas uma palavra seria: pureza!
If I could describe the new photos of Princess Estelle and Prince Oscar of Sweden released by the Swedish Royal House this week, in one word it would be: purity!

As quatro fotografias foram tiradas no Palácio de Haga e são as saudações de inicio de Verão da Família da Princesa da Coroa.
The four photographs were taken in the Haga Palace and symbolizes the Summer Greetings of the Crown Princess Family.

A luz, a naturalidade, a inocência e a simplicidade estão bem patentes nestes retratos. Sou particularmente fã da fotografia onde Estelle está de costas e descalça em frente da janela, onde podemos ver as árvores em flor ao fundo.
The light, naturalness, innocence and simplicity are well apparent in these portraits. I am particularly fan of the picture Estelle is on her back and barefoot in front of the window, where we can see the trees in bloom in the background.

Recentemente a Princesa da Coroa Victoria deu uma entrevista ao TT (que não é o Tesouras&Tiaras, mas poderia) sobre o seu 40º aniversário em Julho. Numa entrevista sobre a sua vida profissional e pessoal, destaco o que a futura Rainha da Suécia disse sobre a personalidade dos seus filhos:
Recently the Crown Princess Victoria gave an interview to the TT (which is not our TT, but it could be) about her 40th birthday in July. In an interview about her professional and personal life, I highlight what the future Queen of Sweden said about the personality of her children:
"O Oscar é muito calmo. Observa tudo com imenso detalhe. É muito reservado, mas não tem medo de nada. É social e adora a sua irmã mais velha. Estelle é cheia de vida. Adora pessoas, é confiante, social, tem bom humor, é engraçada. E é imensamente carinhosa. Não tenho filhos aborrecidos!"
“Oscar is very calm. Observant to the highest degree. A little reserved but fearless. Social and loves his big sister. Estelle is so full of life. Loves people, confident, social, lovely humor, funny. And hugely caring. I have no boring children!”
Esta declaração de Victoria não nos surpreende. Quem "conhece" Estelle e Oscar desde pequenos, há muito que se apercebeu destas características!
This statement from Victoria does not surprise us. Who has "known" Estelle and Oscar since babies, has long since realized these characteristics!

Ontem foi o terceiro dia das corridas de Ascot, conhecido como o Ladies Day. E foi definitivamente um dia em que o espírito feminino esteve à solta!
Yesterday was the third day of the Ascot races, known as the Ladies Day. And it was definitely a day when the female spirit was on the loose!
EUGENIE!!! Serão mesmo necessárias palavras??? Eu acho que não as tenho. Adoro tudo neste look! TUDO! Lembra-me imenso a minha amiga M. E eu acho que poderia usar este vestido para o resto da vida!
EUGENIE !!! Are words really necessary ??? I do not think I have them. I love everything about this look! ALL! It reminds me a lot of my friend M. And I think I could wear this dress for the rest of my life!
BEA! Ora bem, à primeira vista adoro tudo neste look também...Até ver que o vestido tem uma manga mais curta do que parece e que por algum motivo Beatrice resolveu usar uma blusa preta por baixo. É suficiente para me assustar? Não! Não entendo, mas aquela trança presa com uma fitinha preta é suficiente para me desviar a atenção.
BEA! Well, at first glance I love everything in this look too ... Until I saw that the dress has a shorter sleeve than it seems and for some reason Beatrice decided to wear a black blouse underneath. Is that enough to scare me? No! I do not understand why she did it, but that fish-tail braid tied with a black ribbon is enough to divert my attention.
E depois tivemos Sophie, Condessa de Wessex! Embora esta elegância creme não tenha sido suficiente para tomar o meu coração ao nível do look esmeralda do primeiro dia...
And then we had Sophie, Countess of Wessex! Although this cream elegance was not enough to take my heart to the level of the emerald look of the first day ...
...e muito menos do look rosa-velho no dia 2!
... much less the old-pink look on day 2!
E claro, se há mulher da realeza que liga bem com o Verão é a nossa Rainha Máxima! De visita de estado a Itália, a consorte holandesa, nascida na Argentina, surpreendeu pela escolha da indumentária para a chegada a Milão.
And of course, if there is a royal woman who connects well with summer, she is our Queen Máxima! During the state visit to Italy, the Dutch consort, born in Argentina, surprised by the choice of the outfit for the arrival at Milan.
Apropriado? Nem por isso! Este look é mais apropriado para uma festa de praia em Ibiza ou na República Dominicana, ainda assim, não há dúvida de que a Itália assenta bem à nossa Maxi girl! E sim, vamos esquecer os sapatos pretos, ok?
Appropriate? Not really! This look is more appropriate for a beach party in Ibiza or in the Dominican Republic, however, Italia no doubt suits out Maxi girl! And yes, let's forget the black pumps in here, shall we?
Queen Maxima's look was more than appropriate (if she wanted to survive this heat! lol ). A really good choice :D
