Se há coisa que parece certa todos os anos são os baptizados na Suécia. E nós agradecemos satisfeitos e felizes.
If there is one thing that seems certain every year is a royal christening in Sweden. And we thank them on a very satisfied and happy way.

No dia em que completaram 5 anos de casamento, a Princesa Madeleine da Suécia e o seu marido Christopher O'Neill baptizaram a sua filha mais nova, Adrienne, nascida em Março passado. A data 8 de Junho já tinha sido anteriormente escolhida para o baptizado da filha mais velha do casal, Leonore, em 2014.
On the day they celebrate their 5th wedding anniversary, Princess Madeleine of Sweden and her husband Christopher O'Neill christened their youngest daughter, Adrienne, who was born last March. June 8 had previously been chosen for the christening of the couple's eldest daughter, Leonore, in 2014.

À semelhança do que aconteceu com todas as mais recentes crianças reais suecas, com excepção dos filhos da Princesa herdeira Victoria, Adrienne foi baptizada na Capela Real do Palácio de Drottningholm. A pequena Princesa é o terceiro filho de Madeleine e Christopher e veio juntar-se a Leonore, 4 anos, e Nicolas que completa o seu terceiro aniversário daqui a alguns dias.
Like all the latest Swedish royal children, with the exception of Crown Princess Victoria's chidren, Adrienne was baptized in the Royal Chapel of Drottningholm Palace. The little Princess is the third child of Madeleine and Christopher and has joined Leonore, 4, and Nicolas who turns 3 in a few days.
O 7º neto - e terceira neta - do Rei Carl XVI Gustaf e da Rainha Sílvia da Suécia tem agora perfil no site oficial da casa real sueca, cifra e brasão próprios. Adrienne é Princesa da Suécia e Duquesa de Blekinge e ocupa actualmente o 10º lugar na linha de sucessão ao trono.
The 7th grandschild - and third granddaughter - of King Carl XVI Gustaf and Queen Silvia of Sweden now has a profile on the official site of the Swedish royal house, monogram and coat of arms. Adrienne is Princess of Sweden and Duchess of Blekinge and currently occupies the 10th place in the line of succession to the throne.

A lista com os nomes dos Padrinhos escolhidos por Madeleine e Christopher foi divulgada na véspera e era composta por sete amigos do casal: Anouska d'Abo, Coralie Charriol Paul, Nader Panahpour, Gustav Thott, Charlotte Kreuger Cederlund e Natalie Werner.
The list with the names of the Godparents chosen by Madeleine and Christopher was announced the day before and was composed by seven friends of the couple: Anouska d'Abo, Coralie Charriol Paul, Nader Panahpour, Gustav Thott, Charlotte Kreuger Cederlund and Natalie Werner.
A cerimónia que ainda pode ser vista por tempo limitado aqui foi repleta de momentos únicos protagonizados pelas crianças, onde claramente Leonore se destacou. A Princesa Estelle foi a grande ausente da cerimónia porque estaria doente.
The ceremony that can still be seen for a limited time here was filled with unique moments starring the children, where clearly Leonore stood out. Princess Estelle was the great absentee of the ceremony because she was ill.
Foi a primeira vez, desde o seu baptizado que vimos Gabriel, filho mais novo do Príncipe Carl Philip e da Princesa Sofia, e é interessante ver o quão diferente fisicamente ele é em comparação com o seu irmão mais velho. Alexander é a cara do pai, enquanto que Gabriel se assemelha mais à mãe.
It was the first time since his baptism that we have seen Gabriel, the youngest son of Prince Carl Philip and Princess Sofia, and it is interesting to see how physically different he is compared to his older brother. Alexander looks very much like his father, while Gabriel is more like his mother.
Adrienne usou o habitual vestido de baptizado sueco usado pela primeira vez pelo Príncipe Gustaf Adolf em 1906. Gustaf Adolf é o pai do actual monarca e por isso bisavô de Adrienne. O vestido já vai na quarta geração de utilizadores.

A cerimónia foi conduzida pela Arcebispo Antje Jackelén, assistida pelo Capelão Chefe da Corte o Bispo Johan Dalman e pelo Pastor da Paróquia da Corte Michael Bjerkhagen. Adrienne permanceu calma durante o acolhimento na Família de Deus.
The ceremony was led by Archbishop Antje Jackelén, assisted by the Chief Chaplain Bishop Johan Dalman and the Pastor of the Court Parish Michael Bjerkhagen. Adrienne remained calm during the her welcome into the Family of God.
Durante o baptizado esteve exposta a Coroa da Princesa Hedvig Elisabeth Charlottas, datada de 1778.

Adrienne Josephine Alice foi baptizada com água proveniente de Öland, como é tradição, colocada na fonte baptismal de prata (séc. XVII- XVIII). Várias crianças tomaram parte activa neste momento da cerimónia e bênção da água, incluindo os irmãos e primos de Adrienne com a ajuda da Princesa da Coroa Victoria.
Adrienne Josephine Alice was baptized with water from Öland, as is tradition, placed in silver baptismal font (century XVII XVIII). Several children took an active part at this point of the ceremony and the blessing of the water, including Adrienne's siblings and cousins with the help of the Crown Princess Victoria.

A decoração de cada baptizado sueco é cuidada ao detalhe e a sazonalidade é bem reflectida na palete de cores e flores escolhidas. A Primavera e a delicadeza feminina foram enaltecidas em vários tons de rosa que conferiram um ar super doce e mimoso a esta decoração.
The decoration of each Swedish royal christening is carefully taken care of in detail and the seasonality is well reflected in the palette of colors and flowers chosen. Spring and feminine delicacy were exalted in various shades of pink that gave a super sweet and cuddly air to this decoration.

A cerimónia acabou, como é hábito, com o Rei Carl Gustaf a nomear a neta Cavaleiro da Ordem do Serafim, e a colocar-lhe uma mini-faixa da Ordem, o que para mim é sempre um dos pontos altos da cerimónia. Adrienne pareceu ficar satisfeita e agarrou de imediato o seu novo adereço.
The ceremony ended, as always, with King Carl Gustaf appointing his granddaughter Knight of the Seraphim Order, and placed her a mini-sash, which for me is always one of the highlights of the ceremony. Adrienne seemed to be satisfied and immediately grabbed her new acessory.

A família de 5 saiu para o exterior da Capela juntamente com os Padrinhos e restantes familiares e posaram para as fotografias. Leonore mostrou que uma Princesa pisa gravilha sem qualquer pudor ou sapatos.
The family of 5 left the Chapel together with the Godparents and other family members and posed for the photographs. Leonore showed that a Princess can handle gravel without any problem or shoes.

Seguiu-se a recepção, onde Madeleine e Chris cumprimentaram os convidados, enquanto Adrienne descansava no Berço Karl XV (séc. XIX). O Rei e a Rainha ofereceram posteriormente um almoço a todos os convidados.
A reception followed, where Madeleine and Chris greeted the guests while Adrienne rested in the Karl XV's Cradle (century. XIX). The King and Queen later offered a lunch to all the guests.

Ora bem, confesso que não gostei. Adoro a peça floral, mas não nesta circunstância. O penteado estava bonito, mas Madeleine parecia mais um elemento de decoração floral do que a mãe da criança. Diria que estava muito bem para uma festa de solstício de Verão. Mas mesmo nessa ocasião aquele vestido não se enquadra. Pontos positivas para os brincos e pulseiras do Conjunto de Camafeus. Uma estreia em Madeleine.
Well, I confess I didn't like it. I love the floral headpiece, but not in this circumstance. The hairstyle was beautiful, but Madeleine looked more like an element of the floral decoration than the child's mother. I'd say she looked great for a summer solstice party. But even then, that dress does not work. Positive points for the Cameo Parure earrings and bracelets. A first for Madeleine.

Sílvia mantém sempre uma elegância irrepreensível nos baptizados dos seus netos. Seja Verão, seja Inverno, está sempre bem!

Victoria, Victoria...que confusão. O vestido é somente feio e pouco favorecedor e esse chapéu simplesmente não funciona aqui. Um grande Não!

Uma palavra também para a avó paterna de Adrienne. Eva Maria Walter estava bastante elegante e com uma tonalidade bastante diferente do geral. O que é sempre bom!
As fotografias oficiais foram divulgadas hoje. Confesso que adoro as cores e a luz, mas detesto o posicionamento das pessoas, principalmente Madeleine e Chris. Pergunto-me o que terá acontecido a Leonore e a Nicolas para não terem ficado retratados. Talvez uma nova fotografia seja divulgada mais tarde pela própria Princesa Madeleine nas redes sociais.
Sofia também apostou no padrão floral. Gostei. O vestido tem um padrão bonito e tem bom corte. Foi pena ter ficado com bastantes rugas após tanto tempo sentada na cerimónia. Adorei o penteado e o acessório floral no cabelo (o melhor que usou em todos os baptizados reais suecos). Só tive pena da cor dos sapatos não ter sido mais ousada.
Sofia also bet on the floral pattern. I liked it. The dress has a beautiful pattern and has good cut. It was a shame all the wrinkles after so long sitting at the ceremony. I loved the hairstyle and the floral accessory in the hair (the best one she wore in all the Swedish royal baptisms). I only regretted the color of the shoes had not been more daring.

The official photographs were released today. I confess that I love the colors and light, but I hate the positioning of people, especially Madeleine and Chris. What an fantastic christening, everytime the swedes makes it a memorable day. I have never ever seen Madeleine this beautiful before. For me it was perfection!

Victoria...not sure whats going on her. I am speechless. She can do so much better! Chris' mum did look so classy and elegant.
