O Verão chegou e daqui a nada chegam as sessões fotográficas de Verão e o período de calmaria perfeito para fazermos Flashbacks T&T, Esplendores Reais e outras rubricas que ficam um pouco adormecidas ao longo do ano. MAS, antes que tudo isso aconteça, ainda há tempo para mais uma Visita de Estado. Ah pois, vocês leram bem!
Summer has come and in a blink of an eye, we'll have summer photocalls and the perfect relaxing time to make T&T Flashbacks, Royal Splendors and other stuff that get a little sleepy throughout the year. BUT, before all this happens, there is still time for another State Visit. Oh yeah, you heard me!
Ontem o Rei Philippe e a Rainha Mathilde da Bélgica receberam o Governador Geral da Austrália, Sir Peter John Cosgrove, e a sua esposa Lady Lynne Cosgrove que se encontram na Bélgica para uma Visita de Estado a convite do chefe de estado Belga. A cerimónia de boas-vindas decorreu no Palácio Real em Bruxelas.
Yesterday King Philippe and Queen Mathilde of Belgium welcomed the Governor General of Australia, Sir Peter John Cosgrove, and his wife Lady Lynne Cosgrove who are in Belgium for a State Visit at the invitation of the Belgian head of state. The welcome ceremony took place at the Royal Palace in Brussels.
No interior do Palácio os visitantes posaram junto dos anfitriões para fotografias oficiais e assinaram o livro de honra.
Inside the Palace the visitors posed along their hosts for official photographs and signed the book of honor.

Mathilde escolheu um bonito vestido com padrão floral que combinou com um chapéu, clutch e sapatos vermelhos. As luvas nude foram a combinação perfeita a um look elegante e jovial.

De noite o Rei e Rainha belgas ofereceram um Jantar de Estado em honra do casal australiano no Castelo Leaken, residência oficial do casal real.
At night the Belgian King and Queen offered a State Dinner in honor of the Australian couple at Castle Leaken, the official residence of the royal couple.
Naquele que foi provavelmente o último evento de tiara para Mathilde antes das pausa de Verão, a Rainha belga não desiludiu. A esposa de Philip escolheu um vestido em tons lavanda já usado anteriormente que foi o fundo perfeito para a faixa da Ordem de Leopoldo.
In what was probably the last tiara event for Mathilde before the summer break, the Belgian Queen did not disappoint. Philip's wife chose a lavender-colored dress that had been worn before, which was the perfect background for the Leopold Order.'s sash.
