Mere end 200 danske atleter, trænere og repræsentanter for de Olympiske Lege og Paralympiske Lege var i dag samlet i Riddersalen på Christiansborg Slot, hvor H.M. Dronningen afholdt reception. Na sexta-feira passada, membros da família real dinamarquesa receberam os atletas olímpicos e paralímpicos que competiram nos Jogos dos Rio de Janeiro 2016. A Rainha Margrethe II contou com a presença da Princesa da Coroa Mary, Príncipe Joachim, Princesa Marie e Princesa Benedikte nesta homenagem que decorreu no Palácio Christiansborg.
Last Friday, members of the Danish royal family received the Olympic and Paralympic athletes who competed at the Rio2016 Games Queen Margrethe II was joined by Crown Princess Mary, Prince Joachim, Princess Marie and Princess Benedikte on this tribute held in Christiansborg Palace.


Na qualidade de Membro do Comité Olímpico Dinamarquês era esperado que o Príncipe da Coroa Frederik também estivesse presente, mas o futuro Rei lesionou-se no dia anterior durante um exercicio no ginásio e terá que usar um colar cervical durante 12 semanas.
As a member of the Danish Olympic Committee was expected to Crown Prince Frederik also be present, but the future King was injured the day before during an exercise in the gym and he will have to wear a neck brace for 12 weeks.


Na sua ausência, a Princesa da Coroa Dinamarquesa escolheu a melhor companhia possível: Christian e Isabella cumprimentaram, junto à mãe, as dezenas de atletas dinamarqueses.
In his absence, the Danish Crown Princess chose the best possible company: Christian and Isabella greeted, next to their mother, the dozens of Danish athletes.

Christian que completaria 11 anos no dia seguinte e Bella de 9, desempenharam o seu papel na perfeição e é lindo de ver estes pequenos a crescerem nos seus papéis. Os filhos de Frederik e  Mary não compareceram aos Jogos Olímpicos com os pais, e a possibilidade de estarem presentes neste evento, foi certamente muito especial para ambos.
Christian that turned 11 on the next day and Bella, 9, played their role perfectly and it's beautiful to see these little princes and princesses grow in their roles.Frederik and Mary's children did not attend the Olympic Games with their parents, and the possibility to be present at this event, was certainly very special for both.



No dia seguinte foi divulgada uma nova fotografia oficial do Príncipe Christian por ocasião do seu 11º aniversário.
The next day it was released a new official photograph of Prince Christian on the occasion of his 11th birthday.

Christian Valdemar Henri John nascido a 15 de Outubro de 2005, é o primeiro filho do casal da coroa e 3º na linha de sucessão ao trono.
Christian Valdemar Henri John,  born on 15 October 2005, is the first child of the Crown Prince Couple and 3rd in line to the throne.

E como os dinamarqueses adoram mimar-nos foram hoje divulgadas 4 novas fotografias que fazem parte de um conjunto de 4 selos lançados pelos Correios da Gronelândia.
And as the Danes love to spoil us today there released four new photographs that are part of a set of four stamps issued by the Greenland Post.



Nestas fotos podemos ver a Família do Príncipe da Coroa nos seus trajes típicos da Gronelândia.
In these pictures we can see the Crown Prince's family in their Greenland's costumes.



Estes  novos selos foram lançados pela ocasião da celebração do 12º aniversário e meio do casamento de Frederik a Mary a 14 de Novembro. Pelos vistos quando se celebram 12 anos e meio de casamento na Escandinávia, é coisa séria!!
These new stamps were launched on the occasion of Frederik and Mary's 12th and half wedding anniversary next 14 November. Apparently when a couple celebrate 12 years and a half of marriage in Scandinavia, it is serious thing !!
