Aqui fica uma dica para quem visitar Londres este Verão e gosta de moda, e gosta da Rainha. De 23 de Julho a 2 de Outubro poderão encontrar no Palácio de Buckingham a exposição: Fashioning a Reign: 90 Years of Style from The Queen's Wardrobe.

A primeira visitante, está claro, foi a Rainha.

Here's a tip for anyone visiting London this summer and loves fashion, and loves the Queen. From 23 July to 2 October you will find at Buckingham Palace the exhibition: Fashioning the Reign: 90 Years of Style from The Queen's Wardrobe.

The first visitor, of course, was the Queen.

The Queen attends a private preview of the @royal_collection_trust's 'Fashioning a Reign: 90 Years of Style from The Queen's Wardrobe' exhibition at Buckingham Palace. Spanning ten decades, from the christening gown worn by the month-old Princess Elizabeth in 1926, to the vivid green ensemble worn by The Queen at this year's Trooping the Colour, the exhibition explores ceremonial and military attire, dress for State occasions and overseas tours, outfits for family celebrations, and Her Majesty's support of British design.

A exposição da responsabilidade da Royal Collection Trust é uma das três exposições muito especiais que ao longo de 2016 estarão patentes em três residências oficias da Rainha, em conexão com o seu 90º aniversário.

The Royal Collection Trust's exhibition is one of three very special exhibitions throughout 2016 that will be on display in three official residences of the Queen, in connection with her 90th birthday.

"Fashioning a Reign irá abordar vários eventos significativos da vida da Rainha e da História da Nação, através de uma colecção sem precedentes de roupas e acessórios desenhados para essas ocasiões desde a infância até à actualidade. No total mais de 150 conjuntos usados pela Rainha serão apresentados em três palácios, cada um dos quais irá ter uma selecção de conjuntos escolhidos devido à próxima associação com o local." 

"Fashioning a Reign will chart significant events in The Queen's life and the nation's history through an unprecedented collection of dress and accessories designed for these occasions, from childhood to the present day.
In total, over 150 outfits worn by The Queen will be presented across the three Palaces, with each special exhibition displaying a selection of outfits chosen because of their close association with the location."

Além do Palácio de Buckingham, esta exposição tem modelos em exibição no Castelo do Windsor e no Palácio de Holyroodhouse.

Apart from Buckingham Palace, this exhibition has models on display at Windsor Castle and at Palace of Holyroodhouse.
