A esposa do Príncipe Alberto, cuja gravidez foi anunciada a 30 de Maio de 2014, teve poucos eventos no ano, especialmente após o anúncio da gravidez. A especulação que a Princesa estaria à espera de gémeos começaria pouco tempo depois do anúncio oficial, o que viria a ser confirmado pelo Palácio em Outubro. Uma gravidez múltipla e há muito esperada levou a que Charlene cancelasse muitos compromissos oficiais, incluindo uma Visita de Estado à Holanda. Mas mesmo assim, uma visita a Nova York em finais de Setembro viria a dar-nos as primeiras imagens de uma Princesa cansada mais orgulhosa da sua barriga.

Geralmente é muito difícil para mim escolher um look desta categoria para a Princesa consorte do Mónaco. Mas não neste caso. Charlene apareceu resplandecente neste modelo Dior para a 66ª Edição do Baile da Cruz Vermelha. Um modelo divinal que a Princesa combinou com pequenas jóias que acentuaram o seu ar esplendoroso de futura mamã.
It is usually very difficult for me to choose an outfit from this category to the Consort Princess of Monaco. But not in this case. Charlene appeared resplendent in this Dior model for the 66th Edition of the Red Cross Ball. A divine model that Princess combined with small jewelry that accentuated her splendid future mum's looks.

Não poderia deixar de destacar, como um dos pontos altos de 2014, a primeira aparição de Charlene com a Tiara Ocean, para uma sessão fotográfica para a revista Hola. Apesar de não concordar com a ocasião podemos sempre constatar que a Princesa, na próxima ocasião em que usar a tiara terá que mudar de penteado...Por favor. Destaco também o elegante vestido Dior que a Princesa usou na Gala de Prémios Princesa Grace em NY, já depois da confirmação que esperava gémeos.

O estilo de Charlene não é propriamente o que eu consideraria de feminino. Os vestidos que usa são geralmente simples e descontraídos e muitas vezes parece que a Princesa se sente desconfortável com eles. Por isso este super chique tailleur branco que usou nas finais de Rolex-Masters de Monte-Carlo em Abril acenta-lhe divinamente. Um look clean, elegante e com uma aura aristocrata que Charlene combinou com uma fantástica cor de baton fuscia.
Charlene style is not exactly what I would consider feminine. The dresses she wears are generally simple and relaxed and often seems that the Princess feels uncomfortable with them. So this super chic white suit she wore at Monte-Carlo Rolex-Masters finals in April suits her divinely. A very clean, elegant and with an aristocrat touch look, which Charlene combined with a fantastic fuscia lipstick.

Outro look que achei super chique, mesmo com o avançado estado de gravidez foi o modelo Akris com que Charlene apareceu ao balcão durante as cerimónias do Dia Nacional do Mónaco em Novembro. Mais tarde foi divulgada uma fotografia do casal real, onde podemos ver o modelo por completo. E que dizer do ar leve com que Charlene apareceu ao Picnic Anual em Setembro? Lindo vestido ainda sem vislumbre de gravidez apesar de estar por volta do 5º mês de gestação.

A ocasião foi um Show de Louis Vuitton em Monte-Carlo em Maio.

E bem, eu sei que o Mónaco é muito dolce-far-niente, mas este look foi descontraído demais para ir cumprimentar os voluntários da organização do Grand Prix de F1.
