Morria Elizabeth, da casa Habsburg-Lorraine, Imperatriz da Áustria e Rainha da Hungria.

Morria como incógnita. Para trás deixava uma vida que ela própria considerava como não sendo dela.

Morreu assassinada, mas há muito que aquela que ficaria imortalizada como Sissi, tinha deixado de viver.

September 10th, 1898 in Geneva was dying one of the most fascinating monarchs ever. Beautiful, elegant, tragic, melancholic. 

Elizabeth, from the imperial house of Habsburg-Lorraine, Empress of Austria and Queen of Hungary died.

Died as unknown. Leaving behind a life that herself considered as being not hers. 

Died murdered, but, the one that would be immortalized as Sissi, had given up on living a long time ago.
