Esplendor Real #33 / Royal Splendor #33

Durante esta semana a Rainha Maxima da Holanda (juntamente com o Rei Willem-Alexander) estiveram na Alemanha para uma visita de dois dias às regiões da Baixa Saxónia e Norte de Rhine-Westphalia. Um ocasião que adquiriu alguma importância para mim porque no segundo dia de viagem o casal real esteve na minha cidade natal: Münster!
E foi precisamente nesse local que Maxima usou um conjunto de jóias que eu acho belíssimo.
During this week Queen Maxima of the Netherlands (along with King Willem-Alexander) were in Germany for a two-day visit to the regions of Lower Saxony and North Rhine-Westphalia. An occasion that acquired some importance to me because on the second day trip the royal couple was in my birthtown: Münster! 
And it was there that Maxima used a set of jewelry that I find beautiful.

Connjunto Kunzite / The Kunzite Suite

A casa real holandesa tem nos seus cofres este fantástico conjunto de jóias com kunzitas (com uma linda tonalidade rósea) rodeadas de diamantes, que aparentemente não tem muitos anos de existência. Desconhece-se a origem exacta destas peças. Sabe-se que a Rainha Beatrix foi vista pela primeira vez com este conjunto em 2008. Ficam as hipótese de se tratar de uma aquisição particular ou talvez um presente de um soberano.

The Dutch royal house has in its vaults this fantastic jewelry set with kunzites (with a lovely pinkish colour) surrounded by diamonds, which apparently does not have many years of existence. It is unknown the exact origin of these pieces. It is known that Queen Beatrix was first seen with this set in 2008. They might be a particular purchase or perhaps a gift of a sovereign.

Este conjunto é composto por um par de brincos de pendentes, um anel com uma enorme kunzita em forma de pêra (10 quilates), um broche com uma pedra de corte rectangular (20 quilates) e um pendente em forma de pêra (25 quiltates). Além de Beatrix, também Maxima tem usado com frequência estas jóias.

Estas duas últimas peças podem ser usadas como colares, ou anexadas uma na outra para criar uma peça mais substancial. Maxima elegeu esta última possibilidade para a cerimónia oficial de abdicação da Rainha Beatrix a 30 de Abril de 2013. Ela usou a peça na cintura.

This set consists of a pair of pendants earrings, a ring with a huge pear-shaped kunzite (10 carats), a brooche with a rectangular-cut stone (20 carats) and a pear shaped pendant (25 quiltates). Besides Beatrix, Maxima has also used frequently these jewels. 

The two last mentioned parts can be used as a necklace pendant, or attached to one another to create a more substantial piece. Maxima chose this possibility for the official ceremony of the abdication of Queen Beatrix, in April 30th, 2013. She wore the piece on the waist.

A nova Rainha da Holanda deslumbrou no último dia de visita à Alemanha com estas peças. Desta vez Máxima usou o pendente anexado a uma moldura de broche usada em outras ocasiões.

The new Queen of the Netherlands dazzled on the last day of visit to Germany with these pieces. This time Maxima used the pendant attached to a bow brooch clip previous used on other occasions.

Um look perfeito para uma Rainha!
