Tour Real dos Cambridges / Cambridges Royal Tour
O Duque e a Duquesa de Cambridge, acompanhados do Príncipe G. chegaram a Wellington, Nova Zelândia depois de uma viagem de 25 horas de avião. O Tour Real mais esperado do ano finalmente começou.
The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, accompanied by Prince G. arrived in Wellington, New Zealand after traveling 25 hours by plane. The Royal Tour most anticipated of the year has finally begun.
Depois de uma pequena escala em Sydney, Austrália onde a jovem família e staff trocou de avião para a viagem de 3 horas até Wellington, foi uma recepção bastante ventosa que aguardava a chegada dos Duques na Nova Zelândia.
No entanto as condições meteorológicas adversas não fizeram afastar algumas pessoas e curiosos no aeroporto que aguardavam impacientemente a chegada de William e Catherine e principalmente do filho de ambos, que com 8 meses fez a sua primeira aparição ao serviço da coroa britânica.
After a short layover in Sydney, Australia where the young family and staff changed plane for the 3-hour trip to Wellington was a very windy reception that awaited the arrival of the Dukes in New Zealand.
However the bad weather did not keep some people and onlookers at the airport who impatiently awaited the arrival of William and Catherine and especially of their son, who at 8 months of age made his first appearance at the service of the British crown.
À chegada o casal foi recebido pelo primeiro ministro John Key e pela sua esposa Bronagh Key.

O casal deslocou-se depois para a Casa do Governador, residência do governador geral Sir Jerry Mateparae e da sua esposa Janine. Ai os Duques, já sem George, foram agraciados com uma cerimónia de boas-vindas muito tradicional. E conheceram alguns Maori (polinésios locais da Nova Zelândia). William passou ainda revista às tropas locais enquanto a Duquesa foi presenteada com flores por estudantes de uma escola local.
The couple shifted then to the Government House, residence of the Governor General Sir Jerry Mateparae and his wife Janine. Once there the Dukes, now without George, were greeted with a very traditional welcome ceremony. They also met some Maori (New Zealand local Polynesians). William still inspected the local troops while the Duchess was presented with flowers by students from a local school.
Em relação a estilo na minha opinião Catherine elevou a fasquia. A Duquesa estava deslumbrante neste casaco vermelho Catherine Walker. O chapéu Gina Foster fez lembrar a muitos Jackie Onassis, viúva do Presidente Kennedy. Para mim, comparações à parte, foi magnifico ver Catherine usar chapéu nesta chegada. O vento atraiçoou a Duquesa mais uma vez à saída do avião, mas tudo correu bem. A completar sapatos e clutch castanhos e uma das peças que falei na semana passada na nossa rubrica Esplendor Real. Para a chegada à Nova Zelândia, a Duquesa de Cambridge usou o broche de platina e diamantes Women of Auckland Fern Brooch, que foi dado à Rainha em 1953/1954.
Regarding style, Catherine raised the bar, in my opinion . The Duchess looked stunning in this Catherine Walker red coat. Gina Foster hat reminded many Jackie Onassis, widow of President Kennedy. For me, comparisons aside, it was amazing to see Catherine wearing a hat on the arrival. The wind betrayed the Duchess once again off the plane, but everything went well. Completing the look brown suede shoes and clutch and one of the pieces that I spoke last week in our line Royal Splendor . For her arrival to New Zealand, the Duchess of Cambridge wore the brooch of platinum and diamonds Women of Auckland Fern Brooch, which was given to the Queen in 1953/1954.
O pequeno G. foi mesmo a estrela à chegada. Depois de um voo de 25 horas e do ar cansado, do barulho e do vento, o pequeno príncipe não reclamou e sempre nos braços da mãe foi sorrindo. Finalmente podemos ver as feições do bebé e agora acho realmente que ele é muito parecido como o pai na mesma idade, mas mais bonito.
Little G. was indeed the star on arrival. After a flight of 25 hours and the tired semblant, noise and wind, the little prince did not complain and he was all smiles in his mum arms. Finally we can see the features of the baby and now actually I think he is much like the father at the same age, but more beautiful.

Este tour é muito longo e cheio de eventos e com uma diferença de horas abismal. Na última semana eu estarei inclusive de férias e será muito complicado postar diariamente e exclusivamente sobre este tour.
Não o farei. No final poderei fazer um resumo aqui no blog do que mais gostei, mas como este não é um blog exclusivo da família real inglesa, torna-se complicado seguir com tanto detalhe tudo o que se passa (ainda não me pagam para isso...).

This tour is very long and full of events and with an huge timeline difference. On the tour's last week I'll be on vacation and will be very complicated post daily and exclusively on this tour.
I will not. In the end I can make a summary here on the blog about what I liked the most, but as this is not an exclusive blog about the British royal family, it is hard to follow with so much detail everything that happens (not even pay me for it, yet ... ).
