Durante quase duas semanas de ausência neste blog é agora tempo para breves comentários acerca de alguns acontecimentos que tiveram lugar durante a pausa.

Geralmente este dia (antigamente Dia da Rainha) inclui muitas celebrações no dia do aniversário do monarca reinante. Neste ano o primeiro Dia do Rei em mais de cem anos da Holanda foi celebrado no dia 26 de Abril (em minha homenagem claro está, porque foi o dia do meu aniversário). Apesar do Rei Willem-Alexander só celebrar o seu aniversário a 27 de Abril, como coincidiu com um Domingo, os festejos foram antecipados.

Em outras noticias, várias fontes confirmas que o Príncipe Harry do Reino Unido terminou a sua relação com Cressida Bonas. A noticia terá apanhado muitos de surpresa numa altura em que muitos já esperavam (eu não) um anúncio de um noivado. Harry de 29 anos e Cressida de 25, terminam assim de forma amigável uma relação de cerca de 2 anos.
